About us
We founded euCyberSec after spending decades in senior leadership, HR, and recruitment roles at international companies. During years of international technology recruitment, we helped clients find the right people across a wide range of technical disciplines. Over time, one thing became increasingly clear: cybersecurity is a field of its own. It demands deeper market knowledge, a specialist mindset and genuine technical understanding.
That is why we chose to focus exclusively on cybersecurity recruitment. Our aim is not simply to send candidates, but to find professionals who truly fit both the role and the organization. A practicing cybersecurity specialist takes part in our selection process, so every recommendation is grounded in recruitment expertise and professional judgment. In a market this specialized, we believe deep expertise is what creates real trust between us and our clients.

CO-FOUNDERSándor brings decades of senior leadership and HR experience gained at both international and Hungarian companies, as an executive and as a business owner.
His experience on the employer side gives him a clear understanding of the challenges and expectations clients face. For more than twenty years, he worked within a leading international communications agency network. As CEO of its Hungarian operation, he also remained closely involved in HR. He developed a strong track record in recognizing talent and building successful teams.
As the founder of euCyberSec, Sándor believes a headhunting firm dedicated to cybersecurity can create genuine value by finding candidates who are not only highly capable, but also an excellent fit for the company culture.
Marianna Horváth
CO-FOUNDERMarianna's HR and leadership expertise is rooted in more than a decade at a major international company, together with her own entrepreneurial experience.
For 15 years, she served as HR Director in Hungary for the world's largest cosmetics company. During her time at L'Oréal, she gained an in-depth understanding of recruitment from the client's perspective and learned what makes cooperation with headhunting firms truly effective.
As co-founder of euCyberSec, Marianna aims to make recruitment simpler and more successful for clients by finding outstanding professionals who could easily remain hidden in a conventional hiring process.
